Flexible graphite foil is made from expandable graphite flake with a long service life. Various inhibitors can be added to enhance the oxidation and corrision resistance properties of the graphite foil.
GRA-F is widely used in static & dynamic seals, thermal, electrical and chemical, petrochemical applications. It can be used from -200℃ upto 3000℃ depending on the different working conditions. GRA-F is available in various densities and dimentions, with carbon content 98% upto 99.8% for different grades.
Furthermore, these foil materials have relatively high thermal conductivity (>4W/m-K) through plane.
Also, with excellent flexibility,they are able to conform well to all kinds of surfaces.
Now, they are being widely used as thermal interface materials. We adopt new technology by injecting Nano-scale graphite particles or other subsidiary materials into the flexible graphite foil which help to improve of thermal conductivity of the materials extensively
